I have all 6 volumes of the collected short works, and that story isn't in them. Which is fine with me.

"Before Thomas Covenant, Roger Zelazny’s Amber, and J. R. R. Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings, the great Poul Anderson introduced readers to the Middle World and the legendary hero Ogier the Dane."

I'll give the writer of this piece Zelazny and Covenant. But Three Hearts and Three Lions was, according to Wikipedia, published in 1961. LOTR was published between July 1954 and October 1955. Barring some weird shift in the space-time continuum, that seems earlier than 1961 to me. (Ah...the *novella* version, not the full-length novel version was published in 1953...)
