How is that not right? It's the night of a hard day, so, a hard day's night.

I never really got how this was wrong either. I had a High School English teacher tell me that one can't apostrophe a day or anything that was not a person. Whether that is true I don't know.

She also thought fiction was bad for our minds and insisted we only read non fiction all year so that we got the truth of the world or some such. I thought very little of what she ever said on anything. I was also annoyed that much of what we had learned all year was dead wrong according to the next teacher I had.
